Marilu Wintringham joined Kadan in 2011 and has worked in various roles including finance, payroll, and HR. She served as the interim controller prior to being appointed as Chief Financial Officer.

In her current role, Marilu is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, managing human resources, payroll and employee benefits for a workforce consisting of nearly 100 employees, including full-time, part-time, and freelance workers.

Mimi makes her home in Toms River with her husband, two children and two dogs.  She enjoys paddleboarding, creative art projects, and serves as liaison to her monthly community "Moms' Group".
