Alisa started her journey at Kadan Productions as a carpenter in September 2019, growing to draftsperson and project manager in April 2022.

 After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from one of the top economics universities in Russia, National Research University – Higher School of Economics. Alisa decided to drastically change her life and moved to the United States in 2010. Living in New York City, she eventually found her new passion in the world of theater and received a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Entertainment Technology from New York City College of Technology (Summa Cum Laude in 2018.

Focusing her interest on scenery construction, Alisa worked as a freelance carpenter, welder, drafter, and CNC operator. She finds her hands-on experience to be crucial in her current position as a Project Manager as it helps her to design, plan, and bring new projects to life.

 In her time working at KadaN Productions Alisa has created technical designs and managed the installations for various events. Some of the projects that she’s most proud of include Mary J. Blige’s Apple Music Live concert, 2023 Cartier High Jewelry Exhibition in Washington DC., and several events for Audible.

 In her free time Alisa enjoys traveling, and her newlywed life with her husband and two cats in Montclair, NJ.
