Baxter Hartley got his start with Kadan in 2013 working as an on-site carpenter and scenic, and since 2015 has been working as a production manager.  He graduated from Rutgers Mason Gross school of the Arts with a BFA in Technical theater in 2012.  Having executed over 20 seasons of Fashion week, Guggenheim Galas since 2018, Met Galas since 2019, and most recently was a technical director responsible for the scenery on The 2023 Tony Awards. 

Baxter lives in Manhattan, and enjoys cycling, hiking, travel, creating art, and exploring the city in his free time. Baxter is always looking forward to working closely with our clients developing projects both new and returning. Additionally, he thrives on creatively solving the challenges they bring.
