Emily Maldari is a designer, artist and fabricator based in Jersey City. She holds a Bachelors degree in architecture from Marywood University and her MFA with a concentration in scenic design from the University of Alabama. Emily has been with Kadan since 2021 starting as a draftsman and moved quickly to production manager. Some of Emily’s favorite projects with Kadan include the 2022 and 2023 VMA’s, the 2023 opening of Tiffany’s flagship store and the 2023 Cannes Lions festival.

In her spare time she uses her talent to create designs for both stage and gallery settings including scenic structures and treatments, murals, props, projections, merchandise and custom artwork. Her hobbies include video games, miniature crafts, traveling and oil paintings.
