Kadan Productions LLC, well known in the events industry, is a full service production company that specializes in fashion and runway shows, product launches, and various other live events. We are presently seeking skilled and experienced free-lance Carpenters, Scenic Painters, Riggers, and Stretchers for onsite project event work. Events primarily take place in the NJ/NY Metro area. Candidates must be experienced with hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery, able to lift up to 75 pounds, and possess the ability to follow directions, plans, blueprints, and sketches. Exceptional listening and communication skills are pertinent. The hours of these positions vary, based primarily on the scheduling of each event. Candidates with open availability are highly preferred (days, nights, or weekends, and occasional over-time available.) Project Manager positions:

We are also presently seeking experienced Project Managers to work at our main office in Secaucus and to support onsite events in the NJ/NY Metro area. The Project Manager position entails all phases of planning and execution of events inclusive of drafting, purchasing, budgeting, scheduling of labor, preparation and facilitation of site surveys, venue and vendor research, and other general production and office tasks. This position will include onsite work in support of scheduled events in the NJ/NY Metro area as well as domestic travel as needed. Potential candidates should possess superior customer relationship skills and negotiation skills. Auto-CAD experience a MUST.
